The Geometry of Pasta is a celebration of the wonders of the most basic staples of Italian cooking: pasta and sauce. We wanted to open up the world of pasta and reveal the secrets held in its geometry to everyone.
Pasta is truly diverse. It is said there are more than 300 shapes of pasta, each with their own unique story to tell. The shapes evolved alongside local ingredients, giving them an affinity with particular foods. To eat authentically, you need to match your pasta to the right sauce.
As you travel through Italy from top to toe, the quality and form of its pasta changes with every region. The Geometry of Pasta ranges are inspired by the Italian preoccupation with finding the right pasta shape for the right sauce.

To reveal the inner workings of pasta we created a design that brings to life the central idea of our brand. Inspired by a technical drawing of plumbing grommets, our striking black and white illustrations showcase the exact contours, size and dimensions of each pasta shape, celebrating their wonderful diversity. Our cookbook is the blueprint for our collection of slow-dried, bronze-drawn pasta and sublime sauces, made in small batches by Italian artisans.
Pair our slow-dried, bronze-drawn pasta with one of our rich Tuscan sauces for a simple, sublime experience.
Whe have selected Italy’s finest small-scale artisan manufacturers to create these regional pastas, using ancient craft techniques and quality local ingredients to capture the unique flavours of their regions.
Our pasta is drawn through traditional bronze dies. This special process gives the pasta its characteristic light yellow colour and a rougher texture and quality, encouraging the sauces to adhere better.
